1 pound of Oscar Mayer Bacon
"Slap ya mama" Cajun Seasoning
Freshly ground black pepper
Real maple sugar. Not maple syrup, maple sugar.
Preheat oven to 400
Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Lay slices of bacon on the foil so that they're not touching each other.
Sprinkle with Slap Ya Mama, pepper, and maple sugar.
Bake approx 15 minutes, or until crispy.
