Blue cheese buttermilk salad dressing

1 cup buttermilk
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 cup (or 4 ounces by weight) reduced fat blue cheese*
1 1/2 tsp ThickenThin not/Starch Thickener

Place buttermilk in blender with "ThickenThin", spices, vinegar, and half of the blue cheese. Process until smooth. Stir in remaining blue cheese. Store in a jar in the refigerator. This dressing continues to thicken as it sits. It's best after sitting in the fridge for a day.

Serving size is 2 ounces (4 T).
