When you NEED Huevos Rancheros in a hurry...
1 16-ounce jar salsa, medium or hot
1 6-ounce can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 T chili powder
Dump the jar of salsa into a blender.
Add 1 cup water to the salsa jar, shake, pour into the blender.
Add the tomato paste.
Blend.
Pour into a sauce pan.
Stir in the chili powder.
Heat and serve.
