Regular limes will work in this recipe, too.
1 key lime wedge + 1 key lime slice
graham cracker crumbs
3 ounces vanilla vodka
2 ounces key lime liqueur
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce heavy cream
1/2 ounce key lime juice
Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with the lime wedge and dip the outer rim in the graham crackers.
Chill the glass while you mix the cocktail.
Combine the liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into prepared martini glass and garnish with a slice of key lime.
