There's so much going on in this sauce that there's just no way you can tell that it's made with fat-free mayo. Serve with cold, boiled shrimp or any kind of seafood.
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions or scallions
1 tablespoon minced celery
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons creole mustard or whole grain mustard
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon hot sauce (I use Tabasco)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until incorporated. Refrigerate until chilled, about 15 minutes.
