From my friend Mary Depman-Beuchat, AKA Peanut.
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 onion grated
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 Tblsp celery seed
I use Romaine lettuce and add
red onion
mandarin oranges
mushrooms
avocado
strawberries
Top with sugared almonds
(Just throw them on a skillet with sugar and stir till the sugar caramelizes). Don't walk away while they're cooking!
