1 1/2 c cooked pumpkin (or butternut squash) 1/2 c brown sugar 1/2 t salt 2 t cinnamon 1 t ground ginger 1/2 t ground clove 3 eggs 1 C cream 1 unbaked pastry crust Pecan halves Mix everything except the crust and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Decorate with pecan halves. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. |
