Ralph's Chipotle Chili

Serves 2 - 3 people

1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 and 1/2 Tablesp cumin
1 and 1/2 Tablesp chili powder (he used chipotle)
3/4 Tablesp garlic powder
1 and 1/2 cups chicken or beef broth
1/2 cup minced cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup leftover cowboy beans
sour cream and shredded cheese for garnish

Cook the beef and onions together about 10 minutes, then add the spices, the broth and the cilantro. Simmer the whole thing an hour, adding a Tablsp of water now and then if the chili needs it.
