4 cups green beans, trimmed
2 teaspoon walnut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
a few grinds of freshly ground black pepper
1/2 ounce walnuts, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 425°.
Place beans in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Arrange green bean mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast at 425° for 7 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Roast for another minute or two until walnuts are toasted.
