Simple Garlic Chicken Kebobs

1 medium onion, cut into one inch pieces
1 bell pepper (any color), cut into one inch pieces
1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into one inch cubes
1/4 cup Garlic Expressions vinaigrette

Combine chicken cubes and Garlic Expressions in a quart-size zip lock.
Squish the bag to mix well.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes (or over-night).
Thread marinated chicken onto skewers alternating with peppers and onions.
Sprinkle kebobs with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium-high heat, turning often, until browned and cooked through.
