The best cheese pizza EVER

- Make this crust, and divide into 8 small, thin pizzas.
- Prebake for about 2 minutes @ 450 on preheated stone, in top half of oven.
- Cover the crust with fresh Thai basil leaves.
- Cover that with freshly grated whole milk mozzarella AND provolone AND gruyere.
- Cover that with crumbled fresh goat cheese.
- Drizzle with GOOD extra virgin olive oil, coarse salt, and freshly ground pepper.
- Top with thin slices of fresh roma tomatoes.
- Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on the tomatoes.
- Bake for about 5 minutes @ 450 on preheated stone, in top half of oven.
