Wedge Salad

Ralph's yummy wedge salad. How I love retro food!

Iceberg lettuce
Bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

Dressing:
1/2 cups mayo
1/2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese (Stilton! Yeah!)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tablesp lemon juice.


Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake. Makes about one and a half cups.

Serve dressing over wedges of iceberg lettuce. Top with crumbled bacon.
